Rise from Silence is Tread's first full-length studio album. Despite years of development on their sound and several ups and downs in the history of the band, the debut album is finally released. The record starts with intense and heavy vocals but the sound quickly turns into a melodic, heavy rock atmosphere with some decent metalcore influences. The album is consequent and straight but without sacrificing any diversity. The songs are all stunning, simply magnificent heavy rock at its peak. Make sure you check some tunes!

Shinedown is probably one of the best hardrock bands out there. In addition to their great albums, and all of them are great, there are some amazing acoustic tracks available. Especially the newer albums are quite demanding, the experience amplifies each time you listen to it.

At this point in time Full Circle is the latest full length album of Drowning Pool. As in former albums, this band shows that their style is flexible enough to master fast and heavy tracks as elegant as slower, more emotional songs. Especially this album is suited for almost every fan of heavier rock music.

As all previous Evergrey albums were quite successful, the new record Torn is a bit more focused on the dark concept than its predecessor Monday Morning Apocalypse and comes much closer to older records such as In Search of Truth. And this is a good thing in my opinion. Convince yourself with the video you'll find inside.
